CSR Europe Appoints 2 New Members of the Board of Directors
CSR Europe is pleased to announce the appointment of Raffaella Luglini, Chief Sustainability Officer at Leonardo S.p.A., and Amani Terhas Boros, Head of Sustainability at State Street Bank International GmbH as the new members of the Board of Directors of CSR Europe.
Their nomination strengthens the Board’s expertise and leadership across key sustainability priorities, reinforcing CSR Europe’s commitment to supporting companies and organisations in accelerating Europe’s transition towards a more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive economy. The nomination will be confirmed in CSR Europe’s General Assembly that will take place on the 23rd of June.
CSR Europe also wishes to reaffirm Monica Perez Lobo as Chair of the Board Vice President Sustainability at Toyota Motor Europe and Katarin Wagner, Co-Executive Director at Econsense as Vice-Chair of the Board, continuing their guidance and strategic leadership in shaping CSR Europe’s mission and direction.
CSR Europe would also like to extend its sincere thanks to the outgoing Board members, Barbara Zonneveld (State Street) and Arianna Checchi (Leonardo), for their commitment, expertise, and valuable contributions during their time on the Board.
