    We are looking for change agents that can support our members on their sustainability journey. Lead and contribute to key sustainability projects that align with our mission and values. Work from our Brussels office with the flexibility to work from home a few days a week. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Delivery: Define and implement (strategic) projects, manage workflows, and support team development. 

    • People Development: Foster team growth and innovation. 

    • Business Development: Build relationships, enhance services, and represent CSR Europe. 

    • Project Management: Oversee project progress, ensure quality, and align with strategic objectives. 

    • Sustainability Expertise & Thought Leadership: Act as an internal and external subject-matter expert on EU sustainability policy, guiding members from compliance to value creation.

    • Salary: PM: €2100 - €3000, Senior PM: €3000 - €4100 gross per month, and additional benefits. 

    Qualifications:

    • Practical business experience.

    • Senior PM: 5+ years in a corporate sustainability/ESG role or as a consultant advising companies on sustainability strategy, reporting or change management. 

    • PM: 2+ years in a similar in-house or consulting capacity. 

    • You know how day-to-day business functions (finance, operations, procurement, R&D) intersect with sustainability goals and regulations. 

    • Master’s degree in (international) business management, business administration, sustainability, or related. 

    • Understanding of sustainability reporting and relevant EU regulations. 

    • Strong organizational, coaching, and interpersonal skills. 

    • Strong commercial skills and experience with consultative selling.

    • Must be eligible to work in Belgium.

    2. Practical assignment: Short-listed candidates receive a brief case study (max 2 hours of work) designed to showcase analytical, project-management and sustainability skills. 

    3. Online interview: Successful assignment completers meet the hiring panel for a 45-minute video call. 

    4. Final round: Top candidates are invited to our Brussels office for an in-person interview and team meet-and-greet.

  • Location: Brussels | 🕒 Full-time | 📅 Start Date: 15.09.2025

    Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic office environment? We’re looking for an Office & Executive Support Intern to join our team and assist with day-to-day operations — including stepping in during short absences of key staff.

    You’ll be working closely with our Executive team, supporting a wide range of administrative tasks and learning the behind-the-scenes of how a professional office runs smoothly.

    What You’ll Do

    · Administrative support - answer and route incoming calls and emails, manage and restock office supplies, organise and file documents, help prepare reports, presentations and internal memos.

    · Support to Executive Director and Board Members: plan and organise ED’s speech commitments, ED’s appointments and travel, manage and update ED’s calendar, prep ED’s briefing documents and travel itineraries, liaise with Board Members regarding various requests, plan and organise Board Meetings (physical and digital).

    · Calendar and meeting coordination – assist with scheduling meetings and appointments (physical and digital), book meeting rooms and assist with logistics, prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

    · Travel support – research, liaise with travel agencies and book travel arrangements taking into account cost efficiency.

    · IT support and management: Liaise with IT outsourcer relating to various internal and external IT requests, problem solving approach, monitor IT portal for task delivery.

    · Office Support and Back-office maintenance – report and follow up on office maintenance issues, coordinate with supply chain providers (cleaning, various other support), support workplace tidiness and organisation initiatives, liaise with Landlord for problem-solving.

    · Backstopping when staff are absent – point of contact for basic staff requests, monitor and follow up on pending administrative tasks, escalate issues to the appropriate staff members if needed.

    · Collaborate on projects to improve office workflows.

    · Financial support to the Financial Manager: Financial tracking dashboard for IT reporting, check invoices and project budget codes before approval by Management. Provide relevant supporting documentation where necessary.

    · Liaise with Communications: support Coms in drafting and proofreading relevant articles relating to information sharing with the Network (news about Board Members, Executive Meetings, etc…)

    What We’re Looking For

    · Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

    · Comfortable with Microsoft Office

    · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    · Discretion, professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive information

    · Working standards and work ethics are a must

    · A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

    · Availability to step in on short notice is a plus

    · Due to the nature of the role, candidates already residing in Brussels are preferred.

    Who This Is For

    This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Office Management, or similar fields looking to gain practical experience in a professional setting.

    · A monthly allowance of €1,056

    · Additional monthly homeworking allowance of €146.94
