From Gap Analysis to Implementation
The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CSDDD) and other key due diligence frameworks require companies to identify, assess, mitigate, and eliminate environmental and social risks across their own operations and supply chains. These frameworks build on internationally recognised standards, including the UNGPs and OECD Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct.
The critical first step is understanding where your organisation stands today. CSR Europe's due diligence implementation service starts with a structured gap analysis, benchmarking your current practices against an advanced framework developed by CSR Europe, based on CSDDD, UNGPs, and OECD Guidelines. From there, we work with you to address the gaps that matter most.
The service is modular. The second phase is designed around your organisation's specific needs and the outcomes of the initial analysis, allowing you to select the components most relevant to your situation.
Our Approach
