The European Sustainable Industry Summit 2025
On June 24–25, CSR Europe will host its annual European Sustainable Industry Summit, Building Sustainable and Competitive Markets – and we are thrilled to announce the first confirmed speakers!
While sustainability is often viewed as a compliance obligation, we firmly believe it is a key driver of value creation. That is why this year’s Summit is dedicated to turning sustainability into a business advantage, showcasing how companies are successfully embedding ESG principles into their core strategies.
Day 1 will begin with a high-level plenary featuring EU representatives and C-level executives, who will explore how sustainability can enhance market competitiveness and leadership. The discussion will highlight its role in driving innovation, resilience, and long-term growth, as well as the policy frameworks needed to support companies’ efforts. In the afternoon, the discussions will continue and expand into thematic roundtables, NPOs gatherings, and a pivotal meeting of the CSOs Network.
Among the confirmed speakers for the first plenary, we are proud to welcome Wouter Vermeulen (Coca-Cola Europe), Sylvain Comiti (TotalEnergies), Fieke Fleskens (Vanderlande), and Perrine Bouhana (GlobeScan), alongside Dara Murphy, Vice-President of Rasmussen Global and former Irish Minister for European Affairs.
Day 2 will then focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) as a key aspect of sustainability’s social pillar. The speakers and panellists will delve into the business benefits of DEI, its integration across all departments beyond Human Resources, and the potential of unseen pools of talent, including neurodivergent and disabled people. This crucial discussion will feature voices such as Ana Carla Pereira (European Commission), Matt Harrison (Toyota Motor Europe), Linda O’Sullivan (BITC Ireland), Sabrina Menasria (Singularity), and Carla Bonino (ONCE Foundation).
And this is just the beginning—more speakers to be announced soon!
More than just an event, the summit is a platform for companies to share best practices and common challenges while engaging directly with policymakers. This is your opportunity to demonstrate how sustainability is being transformed from a checkbox exercise into a core element of your corporate culture and a strategic advantage.
