CSR HELLAS: The CSR-School is Back, and This Time, It’s Hybrid!

Between 13 November and 11 December 2023, the CSR-School returns for a 5th consecutive year to provide advanced training on the thematic areas most relevant to Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility today, along ESG lines.  Registration is available at a discounted rate for member companies of CSR Europe’s NPOs Network.

CSR HELLAS,  in collaboration with Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece and the University of Crete, and with the support of The Office of Public Affairs, The American College of Greece, aims to prepare the European business community for their adaptation to the new business model as it is taking shape. This year, the Executive Training Program will be even more interactive than before, as it will take place in a hybrid format, providing the opportunity to participate either in person or online.

Having identified the continuation of European efforts to strengthen the regulatory framework for Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Entrepreneurship since 2019, CSR HELLAS seeks to prepare its member companies and the wider business community so that they can understand theoretically and be equipped practically for the emerging trends of the labour market, which now demands professionals with skills and knowledge related to sustainability. This demand is what the CSR-School responds to, by providing crucial upskilling and reskilling opportunities that correspond to this newly formed corporate environment.

Sustainability Strategy, Stakeholder Management & Materiality Analysis, Governance & Accountability, Responsible Human Capital Management, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Climate Risks & Environmental Management, Sustainable Finance & Impact Investing, Responsibility-driven Marketing & Communication, are just part of the 5 days of 8-hour long executive training, to be implemented every Monday from 13 November until 11 December 2023.

Theoretical knowledge combined with practical applications, tools, and analyses of best business practices and case studies contribute to this holistic model of training and enhancing the maturity level of business executives. This year’s hybrid format will allow collaboration and partnership to truly flourish, providing significant opportunities for interaction and exchange of knowledge and experience among the trainees, who come from companies of different sizes and industries.

A Certificate of Successful Completion will be awarded to all trainees who successfully complete the CSR-School, which is equivalent to 10 ECTS or 6 US credit points.
