CSR HELLAS: Get a Professional Qualification in Sustainability with the CSR-School

 
 

From 30 September to 9 December, CSR HELLAS’ CSR-School returns for its 4th consecutive year to provide advanced training on today’s top 10 most relevant topics in Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility.  10 webinars of 4 hours each will take place every Friday, covering topics like responsible corporate governance and legal aspects of sustainability; sustainable supply chain management; human and social capital; climate change; sustainable finance; sustainability reporting. Theoretical knowledge combined with practical applications, tools, and analyses of good business practices and case studies contribute to this holistic model of training and enhance the maturity level of business executives.

CSR HELLAS - in collaboration with Alba Executive Development - The American College of Greece and the University of Crete, with the support of Sustainability at ACG - aims to prepare the European business community for the adoption of sustainable business models and the changes to the regulatory landscape. Upcoming European Directives, agreements, and standards include for instance the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), the EU Taxonomy, and the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG)’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting standards.

Having identified the continuation of European efforts to strengthen the regulatory framework for Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Entrepreneurship since 2019, CSR HELLAS seeks to prepare its member companies and the wider business community so that they can understand theoretically and be equipped practically for the emerging trends of the labour market, which now demands professionals with skills and knowledge related to sustainability.

Certificate of Successful Completion will be awarded to all trainees that successfully complete the CSR School, which is equivalent to 10 ECTS or 6 US credits.
