The Shift Launches New Learning Network on Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

 
 

The Shift has recently launched a new learning network on diversity and inclusion in the workplace, offering a learning pathway to go through the levers to make an organization more inclusive step by step.

Through testimonies, expert interventions, and experience sharing, participants will progress alongside other organizations that are committed to implementing the proposed levers.

Four sessions are planned for 2022:

  • 25th April: How and what to measure when talking about the inclusion of an organization?

  • 9th June: How to embed diversity and inclusion in a transversal way throughout the organization?

  • September: How to implement change?

  • December: How to implement an inclusive HR policy?
