Our Recipe for a People-Centred Transformation

  • Our 2022 People Programme will support members in addressing the challenges of inclusion, diversity, and equality posed by the green and digital transition.

The ambitious target of Europe’s climate neutrality by 2050 set out by the European Commission in the Green Deal can be successfully achieved only if people are on board. This historical transition to net-zero should not happen at the cost of more inequality but – on the contrary – engage people so that no one is left behind.

Our 2022 People Programme aims to support CSR Europe members in their contribution to a Just Transition and inclusive Green Deal, facilitating the dialogue with employees, future talents, suppliers, customers, and communities in which they operate.
