Digital technology can be a real catalyst of new ways of working. How to get the best out of it? How ca companies efficiently accelerate the digital transition to enable a competitive and sustainable workforce?

The European SDG Roundtable “Digital Transition Serving the Future of Work”, taking place on 12 October at 9:30-11:00 CET, will explore the challenges, solutions and best practices in implementing a global HR digital transformation within a company, encouraging employees to welcome change and digital solutions in the management culture and work environment.  Juergen Siebel, Executive Director of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) will shed light on the future of work in the European Union. With the world turning greener and more digital, it is fundamental to develop appropriate skills and competencies to help the next generations succeed and involve vulnerable employees in upskilling and training activities.
