Capacity Building Webinar for Facilities on SCT 2025 Results

CLOSED EVENT | invitation only
Open to facilities of Responsible Trucking Members

This webinar is part of the capacity-building sessions of the Responsible Trucking Platform and will focus on facility safety, infrastructure and the driver experience at loading and unloading sites.

Open to facilities of Responsible Trucking members, the session will build on the findings of the 2025 Spot Check Tool (SCT) monitoring cycle to provide a clearer understanding of the sector’s strongest areas, key challenges and operational risks. By translating the monitoring results into practical insights, the webinar aims to support facilities in identifying opportunities to improve on-site conditions, strengthen safety and infrastructure, and create a more efficient and positive experience for drivers.

The webinar will present the key findings of the 2025 SCT cycle, with a particular focus on safety during loading and unloading, driver welfare and waiting times. It will highlight areas where facilities are performing well, while exploring key risks and challenges and discussing concrete recommendations and best practices to address them. Participants will also receive an overview of the Responsible Trucking initiative and the SCT methodology, including information on the upcoming 2026 monitoring cycle.

Further details, including the final agenda and speakers, will be shared closer to the event.
