CSR Europe is currently seeking one new Board Member.
Candidates from our corporate members are invited to apply by July 6th.
The CSR Europe’s Board of Directors is looking for a candidate coming from one of its corporate members to fill the position of Board Member.
If interested, you are kindly invited to fill out the form and submit your application by Monday, July 6th, 9:00 AM CEST. The current Board will take a decision in July and will seek confirmation at the next General Assembly.
Who are the current Members of CSR Europe’s Board of Directors?
The Board consists of 15 individuals representing 12 Corporate Members and 3 National Partner Organisations.
What is the Role of a Board Member?
As a Board member you are at the steering wheel of the sustainability agenda for Europe and beyond. Board members are responsible for taking decisions on the strategic direction, governance, and the overall performance of the organisation.
Board Members usually meet four times a year and are vested with all powers of management and disposal. This includes deciding on relevant issues and performing all necessary actions to achieve the purpose of the association.
The Board members’ powers, decisions and actions are limited by those which fall within the scope of the General Assembly. Inside the Board, the Directors do not represent their own companies or organisations but a wide corporate network, and non-profit-driven members.
