Atelier Series #1 Circular Materials & Resource Resilience

CSR Europe is launching a new Atelier Series to help companies strengthen supply chain resilience through circular strategies. Starting in April 2026, it will combine expert insights, peer exchange, and practical tools to support action beyond compliance.

European industries face mounting pressures from climate change, raw material scarcity, geopolitical disruptions, stricter sustainability regulations, and rising waste management costs, making circularity a strategic necessity rather than an option. When embedded at the core of business strategy and operations, circular business models can drive innovation, strengthen supply chain resilience, and unlock new revenue streams.

To support companies in this transition, CSR Europe is launching the “Circularity & Resource Resilience: Building Competitive Business Models” Atelier Series. The series will explore the business case for circularity and how to move beyond linear models through a systematic, cross-functional approach. Particular focus will be placed on access to materials and end-of-life products, gaps and challenges in adopting and scaling circularity initiatives and stakeholders engagement to foster collaboration.

Through a combination of an expert-led webinar and an in-person interactive bootcamp, participants will gain practical insights into market and regulatory pressures, peer practices across sectors, and concrete strategies to integrate circularity into core business models and actively build and participate in circular ecosystems.

The series will also include a self-assessment tool, enabling companies to benchmark their maturity and contribute to a collective, anonymised overview of where businesses stand in their circular transition.

This Atelier will consist of:

  • 26 March - Webinar

  • 26-27 May - Bootcamp in person

Should you have any questions or require clarification, the CSR Europe team remains available to support you.
