In October, our Spanish National Partner Organization, Forética launched the 'JOBS 2030 - Future of Work'  project, an initiative that analyzes the future of work in the face of COVID-19 and digital transformation, to promote fair and inclusive employment development.

In alliance with ManpowerGroup, WBCSD and CSR Europe, the project addresses how to put people at the heart of the business strategy, by focusing on inclusion, connectivity and new ways of working, to ensure a more resilient professional environment.

"Given the uncertainty that this pandemic generates on the work environment, Forética is developing the ‘JOBS 2030’ project, to ensure the lessons learned from COVID-19 support the planning of responsible leadership by companies, in which people are placed in the axis of your strategy. It is time to undertake an in-depth analysis of the future of work, focused on generating more sustainable models, fostering digitization as a driver of transformation and investing in innovation and talent”, according to Ricardo Trujillo, Senior Manager of Forética.

The topic of Future of Work and Just Transition was also extensively discussed at the European SDG Summit.

Together with Fondazione Sodalitas, Impronta Etica, the Responsible Business Forum in Poland and GRACE, Forética organised a European SDG Roundtable on ‘Upskilling the Workforce for the New Era: the Challenge of Employee Engagement’. View the replay of the session here.

In light of a Just Transition, Forética also organised a National SDG Roundtable on ‘The Circular Action Group: Business Ambition Towards a New Economic Model’. View the replay of the session here.
