CSR Europe Members Appoint New Board of Directors

  • The new Board will contribute to strengthening CSR Europe’s action for a Just Transition and an inclusive Green Deal.

  • New representatives include Toyota Motor Europe, Coca-Cola Europe and the National CSR Networks Fondazione Sodalitas (Italy), and Responsible Business Forum (Poland).

  • TITAN Cement, Pirelli, Enel, BASF, Solvay, and Hitachi are amongst the re-elected members of the Board.

 
 
 

22 June 2022, Brussels - Today, CSR Europe’s members elected the 10 representatives of the new Board of Directors at the annual General Assembly of the organisation. The Board will contribute to strengthening CSR Europe’s strategy to deliver a practical business contribution to an inclusive Green Deal transformation.  Together, we will:

  • Leverage the network for impact at scale.

  • Build alliances between local and global.

  • Work for a Just Transition, addressing the social dimension of the ESG.

  • Implement practical improvements-plans with companies and through collaborations.

The new Board will begin its 3-year mandate on 23rd June. Inside the Board, the Directors do not represent their company or organization but the network of corporate and not-for-profit driven members. At the next Board meeting, taking place in September 2022, the Directors will appoint the Chair and Vice-Chairs of the Board.
