Seven CSR Europe members have been awarded for their sustainability efforts in Standard and Poor’s (S&P) Global Sustainability Yearbook 2021, one of the world's most comprehensive publications providing in-depth analysis on corporate sustainability.

Participants were ranked with "Gold-Class," Silver-Class" and "Bronze-Class" distinctions representing companies that achieve an S&P Global ESG Score within one percent, five percent, or ten percent of their industry's top-performer.

  • Gold Class Award Winners: Coca-Cola HBC AG and Pirelli.

  • Silver Class Award Winners: Enel, Honda, and Iberdrola.

  • Bronze Class Award Winners: Engie and Samsung Engineering Co., Ltd.

This year, the US-based company assessed over 7,000 of the world's largest companies. CSR Europe members Bridgestone, Cemex, Epson, Solvay, State Street, Itochu, and Total fell within the top 15% of their industry and achieved a score within 30% of their industry’s top-performing companies. As such, they have been included in the Yearbook as Sustainability Yearbook Members.
