In 2026, Wo.Men in Finance Belgium (WIF) and Multicultural Network in Finance (MNF) are joining forces to reflect our shared commitment to intersectionality. Together, we’re bringing you a webinar series focused on two essentials for today’s finance professionals: Leadership and Wellbeing.
Why this series? Our goal is simple yet powerful:
To highlight that employee wellbeing is a shared responsibility and a key driver of performance, inclusion, and engagement.
To show that leadership isn’t limited to job titles—everyone has the power to lead, influence, and create impact.
Through 12 diverse webinars in English, we’ll provide practical insights, real stories, and applicable tools that encourage growth and understanding.
When? Join us on the last Friday of each month (with a few exceptions) for inspiring sessions led by DEI experts and WIF & MNF team members and volunteers. All sessions will take place on Microsoft Teams from 13:00 to 14:30. If you enrol, we count on your participation—you’ll receive the connection link a few days before each session!
