CONTEXT

The General Assembly is the Statutory meeting set by the bylaws of CSR Europe for its network of members. During this meeting, we review what the network has achieved and how it can increase its impact through sharing and learning, EU policy engagement and enhanced collaborative action. This year the General Assembly will also vote to establish the new Board of Directors.

ABOUT THE EVENT

At a time of profound changes in the European Union and the increasing sustainability requirements for companies, this GA will focus on how the network can be better leveraged for enhanced impact. The Board will further present the financial results of FY2024, and the Auditor will present the results of their work. The Board will also propose the FY2025 budget. Last but not least the new Board will be elected by the members.

How to Participate

One or more persons from a Corporate Member or National Partner Organisation can join, but only 1 person has the voting rights on behalf of the member.

The contact person for CSR Europe in the organisation or company usually has the voting rights but they can transfer their voting rights to another person from the same organisation if CSR Europe Secretariat is informed in advance.

If you are not able to attend

If the representative from your company or organisation cannot join, you must transfer your voting rights by proxy to another person (of your choice) from a Member Company or National Partner Organisation. If this is the case, please complete this Proxy Form and send it to Carine Hinchcliffe at ch@csreurope.org.
