BUT2030 will host a half-day, in-person Train-the-Trainer Workshop for the twelve sector federations involved in the project. This interactive session will support participants’ capacity to use, interpret, and promote the updated BUT2030 Assessment Tool. The workshop will combine lessons learned from previous implementation rounds with hands-on guidance on supporting member companies in advancing multicultural inclusion. A trainer from PointerPro—the platform powering the digital assessment—will also be present and provide practical instruction on the tool’s functionalities.
