CLOSED EVENT | BUT2030 PARTNERS ONLY

As part of BUT2030, the Employee Resource Group (ERG) will convene on 10 September to reconnect and launch the project’s third phase, which will concentrate on concrete implementation. Within the initiative, the ERG serves as a sounding board to monitor the level of ethnic integration in the Belgian marketplace, drawing on the first-hand experiences and perspectives of employees with a non-European background.

The meeting will also provide an opportunity to present the new strategic direction for this phase, gather feedback and suggestions, and jointly explore targets and activities to guide the project over the next three years.
