In March, BUT2030 will host a one-day, in-person Train-the-Trainer Workshop for sector federations. Representatives from nine federations will take part in this interactive session, designed to build capacity in using and promoting the BUT2030 assessment tool. The workshop will focus on sharing lessons learned from earlier implementation, while equipping federations with the knowledge and tools to better guide their member companies in advancing multicultural inclusion in the Belgian workplace.
