Join the NPO Community of Practice on Upskilling and Reskilling
On 24th April, CSR Europe welcomes its National Partner Organisations (NPOs) for an enriching exchange focused on advancing inclusive corporate upskilling and reskilling strategies.
In the contemporary landscape of rapid technological advancement and increased automation, industries are struggling to transform their workforce to overcome the challenges posed by the twin - green and digital - transition. Having a strategic approach to human resources is key to teach employees new skills to optimise their performance (upskilling) or train them for a different post within the company (reskilling). When implemented, both strategies result in increased employee’s engagement and competitiveness.
What are the leading corporate practices currently adopted in Europe and aimed at fostering an inclusive workforce transformation? How can National CSR networks support their member companies in this transformative journey? Furthermore, what are the emerging challenges impeding effective upskilling and reskilling efforts, and what potential solutions can be explored?
Building upon the insights gained from the 2023 NPO Bootcamp, CSR Europe is inviting its National Partner Organisations to register for the 1st session of the NPO Community of Practice on upskilling and reskilling, taking place online on 24th April. The primary objective of this virtual gathering is to facilitate knowledge exchange and sharing of best practices, drawing upon the collective experiences and expertise of CSR networks spanning across the continent. While the event will be conducted virtually, each participant is encouraged to actively engage in the session, fostering meaningful interactions with fellow representatives from CSR Networks and leveraging their respective insights and initiatives.
