In 2020, the Romanian Diversity Charter celebrates its two year anniversary by publishing its first report on “Diversity Management in Romanian Organisations”.

The publication, a collaborative effort of the Romanian Diversity Charter and CSR Romania’s signatories, explores the concept of Diversity and inclusion management in the workplace, with a particular emphasis on Romanian companies.

The publication provides a quick-to-read and practical guide based on 15 successful diversity management initiatives and wants to inspire, support, encourage and motivate Romanian organizations in their efforts to move forward the European Diversity and Inclusion agenda.

At CSR Europe we believe in building a sustainable economy, which is inclusive and leaves no-one behind.

While having a diverse workforce is critical for a company’s competitiveness and a more equal society, diversity and inclusion can be difficult to achieve for the single company alone.

Leading companies need to bring along their sectors- and/or value chain peers and work together with other stakeholders if they want to transform the entire ecosystem, making it a truly inclusive one.

For this reason, after calling for an overarching sustainable Europe 2030 strategy, CSR Europe is now inviting businesses, industry federations, and policymakers to incubate and scale-up collaborations in the framework of the European Pact for Sustainable Industry.
