On 24 October, the Employee Resource Group (ERG) will meet in person for a dedicated side session during the second day of the European Sustainable Industry Summit—a day focused on the business value of Diversity & Inclusion. Building on the early-September reconnection meeting, this gathering marks a deeper commitment to the next phase of the BUT2030 project. Participants will set priorities and explore the key issues that will guide the work in the year ahead, in a joint effort with sector federations and companies to foster a more inclusive labour market and workplace culture across Belgium.
