View Agenda

Following the adoption of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), companies are now required to report about their sustainability performance and impacts in a more holistic way, including information on their business model, policies, actions, metrics, and targets, as well as how stakeholders are engaged.

With the first reports due starting in 2025, companies will need to get ready to implement the requirements of the ESRS. Among the three focus areas of E-S-G, reporting on Social issues is considered to be the less mature area when it comes to measuring and reporting tools and frameworks.

This kick-off session of the Atelier series “Reporting on Social Performance” will welcome the participation of companies, expert organizations, and policymakers, to discuss current approaches and practices when it comes to implementing the reporting of Social issues in line with the expectations and requirements of CSRD and ESRS.

Building on the main challenges of reporting and measuring social impacts, risks and opportunities, we believe it is imperative at this stage to shed light on these reporting elements and support our members in enacting and enhancing their reporting practices.

This Atelier is designed to assist you in better grasping the significance of the “S” in ESG, develop a solid strategy, and be fully prepared for the upcoming sustainability reporting requirements. As we recognize that these aspects are often less developed in business sustainability strategies and reporting practices, the Atelier will feature a panel discussion where companies can share their varying levels of maturity, exchange insights, and discuss common challenges and best practices.
