ATELIER - ESRS for Workforce Reporting

CLOSED EVENT | CORPORATE MEMBERS ONLY

In the context of the new generation of regulations on transparency and more specifically focusing on the development of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the introduction of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), companies will be required to report about their ESG performance and impacts in a more holistic way, including information on their business model, policies, actions, metrics, and targets and how stakeholders are engaged.

With the first reports due in 2025 for the financial year 2024, companies will need to get ready to implement the requirements of the ESRS in an efficient and effective manner. Among the 3 focus areas of E-S-G, reporting on Social issues seems to be the area less mature when it comes to measuring and reporting tools.

Starting from the 4 identified stakeholders of the ESRS section on Social Matters (Own Workforce, Workers in the Value Chain, Communities, and Consumers), the CSR Europe 2024 Atelier series “Reporting on Social Performance” will bring together companies, experts’ organizations, and policymakers, to discuss current challenges, approaches, and practices for more impactful policies, actions and meaningful engagement with affected stakeholders’ groups.

The last session of this Atelier Series will focus on ESRS for Workforce Reporting.
