  • Critically and constructively reflect on the company’s current alignment of CSR with its approach to taxation.

MAKING RESPONSIBLE AND TRANSPARENT TAX BEHAVIOUR THE NEW NORMAL

This new course will complement CSR Europe’s service office for companies interested in aligning their business strategy and operations to the growing expectations of the investment community towards responsible tax behaviour as a component of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) factors.

In our Blueprint for Responsible and Transparent Tax Behaviour, created in collaboration with PwC Netherlands, we outlined how companies can:

  • Embed responsible and transparent tax behaviour in the company’s overarching sustainability strategy via their CSR and Sustainability Managers.

  • Seamlessly recalibrate and align the role of the tax function both internally and externally via their Tax Managers.

Building on the success of the Blueprint, companies can now take advantage of the Tax Service to do a complete makeover of their tax strategy approach.

The service includes:

  • Completion of our Responsible Tax Behaviour Self-Assessment Questionnaire

  • Assessment of your company’s approach to tax and tailored support to engage internal stakeholders in building the business case for corporate tax responsibility.

  • Engagement of external stakeholders to develop and strengthen your company’s reporting processes.

The service is also available for National Partner Organisations (NPOs) interested in changing the tax culture in the business community of their country.
