Get Your Company’s HR Ready for the Future of Work

  • Corporate members are invited to join the first CSR Europe Atelier aiming at improving company processes for the upskilling of their vulnerable workers.

  • This is a new and exclusive learning format that will focus on HR communication and collaboration in two specific events:

  • On 18th March: collaboration and communication between HR and the business units, the role of HR in upskilling, and how to identify and care for employees at risk.

  • On 11th May: communication about upskilling towards employees and how to encourage them to take ownership of their learning paths

  • In the atelier, companies will be able to assess their HR readiness via our HR Readiness Assessment Tool and to develop an internal awareness/communication plan.

Companies are struggling to forecast and alleviate the negative impact of the megatrends that will change the workplace in the near future.

According to our latest study “Company readiness for inclusive workforce transitions”, employees at risk of losing their job due to automation and digitalisation are not prioritised in companies’ strategic planning, training programs, or mobility efforts compared to the general workforce. This gap is reflected in the HR readiness score of 1.4/5 for employees at risk vis-à-vis the 3.5/5 observed for the general workforce.

1st STEP

Join the CSR Europe Atelier “Unlocking the Upskilling Potential” on 18 March - view Agenda. We will offer unique insights and practical learnings on:

  • How to improve companies’ internal communication and collaboration for effective workforce planning between HR and the business units.

  • The role of the HR department in upskilling

  • How to identify and provide training for employees that are most at risk.

At the CSR Europe atelier, you will not only be able to discuss upskilling strategies, challenges, and best practices with your peers but also work on concrete, company-specific improvement plans.

Your company will be assessed via our HR Readiness Assessment tool. As a result, you will be able to liaise with colleagues of other departments to evaluate how HR-ready your company is when it comes to strategic workforce planning and upskilling of vulnerable workers.

Join the following members in getting your HR processes assessed: Cemex, Enel, Engie, Huawei, IBM, Samsung Electronics, and Toyota Motor Europe.
