A commission consisting of about fifty men and women of various nationalities, coming from all branches and professions of the Group aims to implement key actions through five committees, each of them including a reporter.
- Ease women's access to executive management positions through a specific program;
- Increase the presence of women in all businesses, in particular technical functions;
- Reinforce the professional career of women especially during their child-bearing years;
- Change managerial practices and make them more open to differences and flexibility in work organization;
- Help women to create their own networks.
The initiative increases credibility to the company and controls the gender equality approach.
