BLF Czech (Business Leaders Forum) organised a national EU Talent workshop on April 4, in Prague.
The workshop gathered a multi-stakeholder group of around 30 people (from schools, chambers of commerce, SMEs, apprentices) to discuss the challenges for SMEs to provide good quality education apprenticeships in Czech Republic.
The discussion was very fruitful: key challenges to improving the quality of apprenticeships in SMEs were identified, as the need to strengthen cooperation between academic institutions and employers to motivate students and guide them through their professional choices while revalorising the apprenticeships education options.
Business Leader Forum Czech (BLF Czech) is one of the twelve partners involved in Europe in the EU Talent project.
EU Talent is a two-year project funded by the European Commission and coordinated by CSR Europe. It aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve their quality apprenticeships across 12 countries in Europe.
