Coding Collaboration into eSkills Education: How business can collaborate with teachers to bridge the digital skills gap?

Added on 07-08-2015

Did you know by 2020 there will be a shortage of 900,000 STEM professionals in Europe? Or that 90% of jobs will require at least basic digital skills?

Many companies are struggling to find young talent with the right skills despite high levels of youth unemployment. This situation will get worse since fewer students choose studies or career in STEM subjects. CSR Europe is collaborating with DIGITALEUROPE and European Schoolnet on the eSkills for jobs campaign to address this gap.

eSkills are essential in the modern economy where we are becoming more and more connected online. We need to promote these skills among the next generations to stimulate innovation and competitiveness of the European economy and to combat the high youth unemployment.

This webinar will address how business can work with teachers to better connect and align education with real business needs.

Learn how your company can benefit from collaboration with schools and how you can contribute to some of the most pressing current social issues in Europe.
