The BSCI Annual Conference 2015 will return this November under the theme 'The Power of Collaboration'.
This conference will unite hundreds of large and small companies with NGOs, government representatives, academics and think tanks from all over the world. Together, the network will work towards finding solutions to prominent sustainability challenges in factories and farms worldwide. Collaboration is key for implementing sustainability in global supply chains. By working together, actors can use a joint leverage to tackle common challenges and accelerate improvements in their supply chains.
On 26 November, the conference invites all stakeholders to explore the most pertinent issues affecting their supply chain. Breakout sessions will give participants the opportunity to have in-depth talks on specific themes such as influencing your supply chain beyond the first tier, migrant workers and female empowerment. Expert speakers include:
Alan AtKisson – President of AtKisson Group
Louise Nicholls – Head of Responsible Supply Chain Management at Marks and Spencer
John Morrison – Executive Director of the Institute for Business and Human Rights
Jonathon Porritt – Co-Founder of Forum for the Future
And many more…
