50 stakeholders invited to discuss new approach in automotive supply chain

Tuesday, November 28, 2017

On 29 November 2017, Drive Sustainability will host a Stakeholder Event* in Brussels, to introduce this initiative to key stakeholders and to engage on a dialogue on its strategy and actions.

Over 50 representatives from automotive companies, automotive suppliers, NGOs and EU institutions will be invited to discuss a new approach. The purpose of this face-to-face meeting is to capture key stakeholder representatives’ feedback on Drive Sustainability strategy and to hear about the expectations for the coming years. CSR Europe, as the facilitator of Drive Sustainability, is organising the event.

Drive Sustainability has been working on bringing sustainability to the automotive supply chain for the past five years. This stakeholder event represents the next step in their global commitment to ensure business ethics, respect for the environment and human rights, and decent working conditions within the supply chain.

A press release will be issued after the stakeholder meeting to inform about the latest decisions taken.'
