Exploring business dynamics

Realising the potential for synergy, inititiatives from both CSR Europe and Entreprise&Personnel, joined forces to develop this common project. This report sets out the findings of exploratory research and analysis of the experience of twelve European companies, with the prime focus being on how CSR is used as a driver for improved long-term business performance in dealing with the complexities of today's operating environment.

The study addresses how CSR interacts with and informs a company's corporate strategy, how organisational structures and processes are adapted to exploit the benefits of a strategic approach to CSR, how companies are integrating CSR into their people management through recruitment, training and development, communications, and reward systems, and how an integrated approach to CSR is helping companies to innovate production and service delivery.
