European postal services and social responsibilities

This report presents the conclusions from a yearlong study of corporate social responsibility in Europe's postal sector. The aim of the project was to improve understanding across Europe of the wider contribution that post offices can make, in addition to their essential role as providers of postal and related services. It is hoped that the success of this initiative will inspire further collaboration.
