Implementing and Managing Equal Opportunities Programmes

Increasing equality between men and women in the workplace is a priority for both governments and businesses.

Building on CSR Europe's business-to-business working group on Women in Leadership Positions, Sodalitas and IBM Italia launched the CSR Laboratory on Equality between Men and Women Laboratory. The Laboratory explored how to support companies in the implementation of gender equality and work/life balance programmes by comparing the groups's 10 key recommendations with the findings of a comprehensive study on the challenges faced by working women in Italy.
