Enel Digital Contest - You vote for the environment

Combining digital cinema and the environment: this is the challenge of the Enel Digital Contest, the international prize for film makers promoted by Enel and the Associazione Amici del Future Film Festival.

The fifth edition of the Enel Digital Contest has established a partnership with AzzeroCO₂ with the aim of neutralizing carbon dioxide emissions associated with the initiative.

On the contest web site, www.enel.it/digitalcontest, the section EDC and the environment includes a multimedia guide to making eco-sustainable short films as well as information on films that deal with environmental issues.

The 31st of March is the deadline for online voting for the works that are competing. Voters will also take part in the draw for Apple prizes: An iMac, an iPhone and an iPod Shuffle. In addition, voting will make a contribution to safeguarding the environment: Enel will plant a tree for every 1,000 online votes.
