Active Ageing – 'Towards age friendly businesses: Adapted HR management; Innovative inclusive products and services’ Workshop, July 5th, Accenture London

In the framework of the Enterprise 2020 collaborative project 'the business contribution to active ageing',  co-led by GDF Suez and Intel as well as AGE Platform Europe and Seniosphere, a workshop on ‘Adapted HR management; Innovative inclusive products and services’ was organised on July 5th. This workshop was hosted by Accenture in central London, supported by the European Commission. 44 participants from corporate companies, SMEs, NPOs, consultancies, NGOs, academia and the European Commission (DG EMPL) attended the workshop. The participants were asked to reflect on key solutions as well as policy recommendations with regards to (a) work models, (b) transfer of skills and competencies, (c) understanding the 65+ age segment market, (d) developing inclusive and accessible products and services.
