Novo Nordisk launches publication detailing its Sustainability Journey: 1992 to 2012

In a new publication launched to mark the 20 year anniversary of the Rio Declaration, Novo Nordisk looks back on two decades of challenges and successes as a sustainable business. In 20 years in the business of sustainability, Novo Nordisk documents the story of how the company has worked with sustainability over the past two decades.  “Over the years I have seen how individuals across the organisation take action way beyond what is expected. They act on their beliefs when they see unmet patient and societal needs where Novo Nordisk has something to offer, even if it is not a stated business priority.
