Workshop on Implementing Grievance Mechanisms into Business Operations held in Berlin
On 28 June, CSR Europe and project leaders econsense, Arcelor Mittal, HP, Hitachi and Volkswagen held a workshop on Grievance Mechanisms into Business Operations. The workshop brought together 23 participants from companies, the European Commission, the UN, the Dutch government and civil society to learn, exchange and identify solutions on establishing effective grievance mechanisms within companies.
