CSR Europe recruits Mikako Le Lay as Service Programme Manager

CSR Europe is delighted to welcome Mikako Le Lay to the team. Mikako is a Japanese citizen with over 15 years’ experience in the business environment. After having previously worked with CSR Europe in a consultancy role for our Enterprise 2020 Impact Study, Mikako joins the services team in the capacity of Programme Manager. In this regard, Mikako is responsible for developing new projects and defining the framework, scope and process of service delivery within the overall strategy.

With an academic background in physics, Mikako started out her career as an environmental engineer with Canon in France before moving to Brussels to work with Toyota Motor Europe. Mikako held various R&D positions in her 12 years with Toyota, particularly with a focus on clean energy technologies. In her later years with Toyota, Mikako was very influential in the movement towards electric vehicles and actively promoted Future Mobility Programs with European cities.
