Novartis just introduced Citizenship@Novartis.com, a new website that details the company's citizenship activities, highlighting the challenges faced by the pharmaceutical sector. Citizenship@Novartis.com documents – through facts and examples – how Novartis is "walking the talk" as a good corporate citizen, highlighting a number of relevant topics, such as: improving access to medicines for the world's poorest patients, working to improve the labor and environmental standards of its suppliers, establishing a living wage for its employees globally, and minimizing use of natural resources.

Case studies are also used to further describe the company's citizenship journey.
