Dow sponsors “Lo llevas dentro” (“It’s inside you”) event to promote interest in science
As part of Dow’s contribution to the International Year of Chemistry, Dow co-sponsored the event “Lo llevas dentro” (“It’s inside you”) in Madrid (Spain), organized by the National Association of Chemists of Spain (ANQUE), in collaboration with the Chemistry and Society Forum.The event, attended by the Spanish Minister of Education, Ángel Gabilondo, was aimed at promoting the interest in science amongst young people.The event also included an invitation for young people to participate through a social network contest, which involved recording a creative video where they had to show the impact of chemistry in their daily lives… Read more

CSR Europe National Partners meet in Brussels
On 10th June 2011, the second National Partner Organisation (NPO) meeting took place in Brussels. CSR Europe was very happy to welcome GRACE and Centre for CSR Development Ukraine as new members of the NPO network. The meeting gave an overview of the NPO activities from 2010 and also gave an opportunity for CSR Europe to present the new NPO strategy. Please find all relevant documents (agenda, minutes, etc.) in the Parnter’s Corner of our website. We are looking forward to meeting our National Partner Organisations at the next NPO meeting in Warsaw on 7/8 November 2011.

Volkswagen Extends Checkup to International Locations
The Volkswagen Group is extending “Checkup”, its program of medical checkups for employees, to international locations and companies of the Group.
