Dow volunteers participate in Braakman Nature Reserve conservation in The Netherlands

DowA group of enthusiastic  Dow employees of the Terneuzen site (The Netherlands) has recently participated in the first Dow nature-volunteers working event in the Braakman nature reserve, adjacent to the site. The activity was part of a new partnership between Dow and Staatsbosbeheer, a Dutch non-profit organization that preserves state-owned nature reserves. Business in the Community, Microsoft, Nuffield, Regus and Vodafone join forces to launch ‘Anywhere Working’ consortium backed by the Department for Transport

UK Transport Minster Norman Baker has announced the formation of the ‘Anywhere Working’ consortium in a speech given in central London yesterday (17 November 2011). The consortium has been formed to help British employers understand the benefits of providing flexible working environments and to enable employees to access the tools that they need to work in a more flexible way. Nestlé supports interactive Red Cross TEDx event

Nestlé is supporting the first-ever interactive global event by the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).The Technology Entertainment and Design (TED) events feature a small group of speakers who present potentially 'world changing' ideas.Co-hosted by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the TEDx RC² event in Geneva, Switzerland, will discuss some of the world's toughest humanitarian challenges such as natural disasters and the impact of war. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland continue to Green Wałbrzych

ToyotaIn October 2011, within the framework of the TMMP Green Wałbrzych project, a solemn opening of renewed "3rd Constitution Square" took place. Toyota Motor Industries Poland "Clean up the World"

ToyotaIn October 2011, Toyota Motor Industries Poland Sp z o.o (TMIP) joined in the international campaign "Clean Up the World". Volunteers from the TMIP with family and friends have cleaned up the wood located in front of the plant and planted four Japanese Cherry trees. Volkswagen Group honors best apprentices from all over the world

VolkswagenThe Volkswagen Group today presented its “Best Apprentice Award” to its top young achievers from all over the world. The award for outstanding professional competence was conferred on 27 apprentices from twelve countries, and for the first time included young talents from Shanghai- Volkswagen and FAW-Volkswagen in China as well as Volkswagen Motor Polska, Volkswagen Osnabrück and the Transparent Factory in Dresden.
