Stakeholder dialogue on Adapted HR Processes
November 30th 2pm – 4pm
Adapting HR processes processes in multinational companies; Co-shaping the EU guiding principles on active ageing.
If specific measures targeting the senior workforce in companies start to be developed by multinational companies, they remain disconnected from the core business model and actual HR processes.
HR Managers are invited to join the webinar to:
- SHARE your insights with regards to possible tools and methodologies enabling companies to revisit their existing HR processes to improve the 'silver job market' – based on the outcomes of the collaborative project.
- ENGAGE with the European Commission to discuss policies and guidelines the European Commission could put in place to create a more favourable regulatory framework for companies to implement age friendly policies.
- RECOMMEND further collaboration areas with businesses, CSR Europe and the European Commission for the period 2012-2015
